Oklahamans ban against Islamic, International Law

Oklahama voters are in favor of their judges refraining from mixing other, foreign laws when considering cases. International. It’s considered by some a “…’pre-emptive strike’ designed to close the door on activist judges ‘legislating from the bench or using international law or Sharia law.'”

Some Muslims see the measure as an attack on Islam.

I think it’s a great idea, sponsored in Oklahoma by Rex Duncan.
Read about it here.

James Arlandson of American Thinker  presents Top ten reasons why sharia is bad for all socieites,” presented in a way every American who values his US Constitutional rights should be aware of, before embracing the archaic, malevolent Politics of the Religion of Islam, or wanting to allow its violence imposed on those of US who discern its conflict with our Nation’s Founding Documents, and our laws protecting individuals from malefic imposition of acts such as promoted by Islam.

Great Post. I have yet to understand why anyone would want Sharia Law to begin with.

The judicial system is already so infected with judges that regard the constitution as secondary law. This is fast becoming a very necessary thing for all of America to do. Problem is ,we will have to oust a lot of judges who will try to go against the will of the people,as they seem to be intent to do most of the time.
